Lyrics:
Kanye West - I Wonder
Find your dreams come true
And I wonder if you know
What it means, what it means
[chorus]
And I wonder if you know
What it means, what it means
And I wonder if you know
What it means to find your dreams
I've been waiting on this my whole life
These dreams be waking me up at night
You say I think I'm never wrong
You know what, maybe you're right, aight
[chorus]
You say he get on your fucking nerves
You hope that he get what he deserves, word
Do you even remember what the issue is
You just trying to find where the tissue is
You can still be who you wish you is
It ain't happen yet
And that's what the intuition is
When you hop back in the car
Drive back to the crib
Run back to their arms
The smokescreens
The chokes and the screams
You ever wonder what it all really mean
[chorus]
And I'm back on my grind
A psychic read my lifeline
Told me in my lifetime
My name would help light up the Chicago skyline
And that's what I'm
Seven o'clock, that's primetime
Heaven'll watch, God calling from the hot lines
Why he keep giving me hot lines
I'm a star, how could I not shine
How many ladies in the house
How many ladies in the house without a spouse
Something in your blouse got me feeling so aroused
What you about
On that independent shit
Trade it all for a husband and some kids
You ever wonder what it all really mean
You ever wonder if you'll find your dreams

do i have a face that ppl can trust? lol
in the past week or two, a few friends have confided me in about their broken relationships.. it's cool. they trust me, they wanna talk about it, i can relate, we can form community. i love my friends. i care for them. i want to help where i can, even if it's just listening
it's so easy to be a third party looking in. solutions seem so easy, but i can relate to my friends. when there are emotional attachments, it muddles everything
like what im in now. or want to be in, anyway. trying to temper my expectations. just enjoy life. but....
my ears receive sound.. but i dont hear the message
my eyes see things, but... i dont really process it...
is it cause i dont care? i have no idea
im so unmotivated. am i just wasting my life away again?
why do i think about girls when i dont want to let it consume me?
im not where i want to be physically, emotionally, mentally
feeling lacklustre
i need a ghostbuster
or maybe just a featherduster
to remove this dirt in my eye, wax in my ear
i wanna see, i wanna hear
i wanna be bold, i dont want fear
i dont wanna grow old, year by year
With everything happening today
You don't know whether you're coming or going
But you think that you're on your way
Life lined up on the mirror don't blow it
Look at me when I'm talking to you
You looking at me but I'm looking through you
I see the blood in your eyes
I see the love in disguise
I see the pain hidden in your pride
I see you're not satisfied
And I don't see nobody else
I see myself I'm looking at the
[Bruno Mars:]
Mirror on the wall, here we are again
Through my rise and fall
You've been my only friend
You told me that they can understand the man I am
So why are we here talkin' to each other again?
[Lil Wayne:]
Uh, I see the truth in your lies
I see nobody by your side
But I'm with you when you are all alone
And you correct me when I'm looking wrong
I see the guilt beneath the shame
I see your soul through your window pane
I see the scars that remain
I see you Wayne, I'm looking at the...
[Bruno Mars:]
Mirror on the wall, here we are again ([Wayne:] Yeah)
Through my rise and fall ([Wayne:] Uh-Huh)
You've been my only friend ([Wayne:] my only friend)
You told me that they can understand the man I am ([Wayne:] they can understand)
So why are we here ([Wayne:] misunderstood) talkin' to each other again?
[Lil Wayne:]
Looking at me now I can see my past
Damn I look just like my fucking dad
Light it up, that's smoke in mirrors
I ain't even look good in the broken mirror
I see my momma smile that's a blessing
I see the change, I see the message
And no message could've been any clearer
So I'm startin' with the man in the...
[Bruno Mars:]
Mirror on the wall,
[Lil Wayne:]
MJ taught me that.
[Bruno Mars:]
Here we are again
Through my rise and fall
You've been my only friend
[Lil Wayne:]
Take 'em to Mars man
[Bruno Mars:]
You told me that they can understand the man I am
So why are we talkin' to each other again?
[Lil Wayne:]
Uh...
Mirror on the wall, here we are again ([Wayne:] yeah)
Through my rise and fall
You've been my only friend ([Wayne:] Any questions?)
You told me that they can ([Wayne:] I come to you) understand the man I am ([Wayne:] You always have the answer)
So why are we here talkin' to each other again?
[Bruno Mars:]
Mirror on the wall.
[Wayne:]
Ay, B.P.
Looks like I did take 'em to Mars this time
[Bruno Mars:]
(So why are we talking to each other again?)
